Pricing FAQ
- What does “per screen” mean?
- You pay for each TV you pair with Tapcast. Add a screen, the subscription quantity goes up. Remove a screen, it drops. You control the count from the Customer Portal. The Queen of Hearts, CRM, marketing, and loyalty modules are included with every paid plan — you’re not paying per-module.
- Do I pay extra for SMS or email sends?
- No — Tapcast doesn’t mark up message costs. Each venue brings their own SMS + email sending accounts. You pay the carrier directly at their published rates (typically ~$0.008 per US SMS; email is often free up to a generous monthly cap). We just orchestrate the sending.
- Are the marketing modules included in the price?
- Yes — Starter and up include the full Patron CRM, SMS marketing, email marketing, triggered automations, audience segments, template library, loyalty program, referral program, and performance dashboard. No add-on fees per module.
- Can I add more screens later?
- Yes — adjust your subscription quantity from the Customer Portal at any time. Pro-rated billing handles the difference automatically.
- Do I need a credit card to start?
- No. The free plan is genuinely free, no card required. Upgrade when you hit your screen limit or want the full Queen of Hearts + marketing stack.
- What is the “ads-off” add-on?
- Free venues see a sponsor card rotated into their channels every few cards. Starter venues can add a small fee to suppress those ads. Pro venues get ads-off included automatically.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. Open the Customer Portal from your billing page, click cancel, and your subscription ends at the period close. We never charge cancellation fees.
- Do you offer enterprise pricing?
- For chains, franchises, white-label deployments, and venues running 10+ Queen of Hearts games simultaneously — yes. Email us and we’ll put together a contract that fits.
